6/25/08 WCC Announces 2008 Spring All-Academic Teams San Bruno, CA - The WCC announced the 2008 Spring All-Academic Teams today, with Saint Mary's receiving 10 honorees from five sports. The 2008 WCC All-Academic teams honor some of the league's finest examples of the consummate scholar-athlete. To be considered, a student-athlete must earn at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average, while also being a significant contributor to his or her team.
Moraga, CA - Kyle Jensen's monster sophomore season continues to earn him national recognition. It was announced today that Jensen was named to the American Baseball Coaches Association/Rawlings West Region First Team, and the ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Division I All-American Second Team.
